Salary: Poland: PLN 17,700 - 36,400 / Lithuania: €3,300 - €6,900 gross monthly

What you will do

• Develop and execute audit programs based on internal policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
• Optimize data usage to enhance risk understanding and provide actionable insights.
• Identify relevant risks and regulatory requirements for audit scopes.
• Communicate findings and root causes directly to business unit management.
• Partner with business units to optimize processes and internal controls.
• Monitor audit progress and manage projects to completion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an audit role within a regulated financial services environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EU money laundering directives, JMLSG, and FATF guidance.
• Familiarity with financial crime controls including KYC/KYB, due diligence, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening.
• Must be based in Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced, execution-focused environments.
• Undergraduate or master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in interpreting data using SQL, SAS, or Python.
