Location: Hybrid (New York or London)

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the institutional DeFi business development strategy.
• Build and deepen relationships with financial institutions, DeFi projects, and CeFi exchanges.
• Partner with leadership, product, and risk teams to shape institutional offerings and go-to-market plans.
• Translate client needs into commercial, product, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a spokesperson.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth within financial services, digital assets, or fintech.
• Demonstrated success in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, digital assets, and blockchain technology.
• Knowledge of the institutional DeFi regulatory landscape.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an extensive industry network.
