TL;DR
Business Development Lead (RWA): Driving ecosystem growth and institutional partnerships for a digital assets protocol with an accent on RWA tokenization and structured credit. Focus on closing complex B2B deals, expanding liquidity onchain, and building relationships with TradFi and DeFi institutions.
Location: Remote (NYC / EST)
Salary: $180,000–$220,000 + Bonus + Tokens

What you will do
- Lead BD initiatives across TradFi institutions, DeFi protocols, and asset originators (structured credit, real estate, treasuries).
- Structure and close partnerships to bring new asset classes and liquidity onchain to meet revenue and TVL growth targets.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with institutional asset managers, family offices, and regulatory partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to define market positioning and institutional value propositions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development experience across DeFi, TradFi, or fintech.
- Deep understanding of RWA tokenization, structured finance, and institutional asset management.
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B partnerships at the institutional level.
- Strong existing network across DeFi protocols and institutional finance.
- Experience with lending markets, credit origination, or structured finance products.
- Must be located in or aligned with the New York (EST) timezone.
