What you will do
- Build complete, end-to-end financial and business models for internal AI training workflows.
- Review and refine models built by other analysts to ensure structure, clarity, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve modelling frameworks and documentation.
- Participate in regular working sessions to maintain consistency and align on modelling standards.
- Translate broad instructions into clean, structured outputs like operating models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of hands-on financial modelling experience.
- Strong command of U.S.-standard accounting (GAAP, revenue recognition, cash flow, accrual accounting).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for building and auditing complex models.
- High agency and ability to thrive with loose direction.
- Strong communication skills for explaining assumptions, logic, and model decisions.
- Must be available to work during U.S. client business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategic Finance.
- Experience with structured data work, labelling, or AI training datasets.
