What you will do

• Build and maintain robust three-statement financial models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, board packs, and investor-ready presentations.
• Perform variance analysis to identify business trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Transform large, complex datasets into meaningful financial insights and visual dashboards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate financial reporting processes using AI and automation tools.
• Collaborate with founders and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial outcomes across various engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial reporting, or financial modelling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets modelling skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools (Claude AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for financial analysis and productivity.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Must be able to work according to the San Francisco, USA timezone.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or MBA professional qualification.
