What you will do

• Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting with commentary and recommendations for leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify performance drivers and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with business leaders and Sales to build financial models and review pricing.
• Collaborate with HR to manage personnel headcount and costs effectively.
• Leverage approved AI tools to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Solid financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
