What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of strategic finance professionals to drive efficient sales growth.
• Track, forecast, and provide visibility into Sales Commission spend.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, partnering with department leaders on monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to evaluate Sales capacity and productivity metrics.
• Prepare management presentations, including monthly reporting, QBRs, and Finance Reviews.
• Implement efficient financial processes to support rapid business scaling.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in high-tech or enterprise software.
• Deep knowledge of Go-To-Market strategy and SaaS metrics.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives.
• Proficiency with financial applications including Salesforce, Netsuite, Adaptive, and Excel.
• Experience using AI and AI-related technologies in business workflows.
