TL;DR

Dealer Fleet Sales Manager (Sales): Driving profitable fleet growth and market share expansion for hirify.global brands with an accent on dealer sell-out performance and customer relationship management. Focus on executing strategic growth plans, managing local fleet accounts, and implementing mobility and retread initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership.

Location: Must reside in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Arkansas and be available for local travel at least four days per week.

What you will do

  • Drive sell-out performance across the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and expand local fleet business through proactive prospecting and account growth.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with fleet customers and servicing dealers.
  • Execute strategic growth plans and coordinate government bid opportunities.
  • Lead dealer enablement initiatives, including training and performance reporting.
  • Implement inventory strategies to ensure product availability and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Louisiana, Mississippi, or Arkansas.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and drive account growth.
  • Strong prospecting, sales planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technologies.
