What you will do

• Process daily outbound sales orders including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping trackers and beacons.
• Generate domestic and international shipping quotes for internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve carrier exceptions such as customs holds, address corrections, and delivery failures.
• Receive inbound material, customer returns, and vendor shipments into NetSuite with high inventory accuracy.
• Maintain shipping documentation and packaging standards for dangerous goods and lithium battery compliance.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to reconcile inventory and improve shipping workflows.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or fulfillment operations in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with FedEx systems including rate generation and label creation.
• Professional experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Excellent written communication skills for internal team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DHL and UPS portals.
• Working knowledge of dangerous goods and lithium battery shipping requirements.
• Exposure to international shipping, IOR documentation, and duties/taxes.
• Experience coordinating with 3PL partners or external warehouses.
