Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage all shipping and receiving functions, including verification of receipts, compliance checks, and damage inspection.
• Oversee inventory management, implementing min/max stocking strategies and rigorous physical cycle counts.
• Coordinate the disbursement of materials, parts, and kits to support Production Operations.
• Handle import, export, and global trade requirements for the business.
• Develop and maintain operational processes and KPIs to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Ensure safe handling of inventory and operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience in inventory and logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office and SharePoint for documentation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• U.S. citizenship, legal permanent resident status, or protected person status.

Nice to have

• Experience working in both small and large company environments.
• Certification in handling Hazardous Materials (Receipt, Store, Issue, and Ship).
• Forklift certification.
• Experience in preparation, packaging, and shipments of products to customers.
