What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for North American customers regarding purchase orders and delivery status.
• Proactively identify and resolve order delivery issues in collaboration with internal Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate with Planning, Deployment, and Logistics to identify alternate delivery options and triage short-term needs.
• Execute inventory allocation systems to ensure priority service levels for key customers.
• Utilize Domo reports to communicate order status clearly and concisely to customers.
• Support continuous improvement projects and SAMBC initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Supply Chain preferred.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, and Customer Service roles.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills for managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Critical thinking and time management abilities to resolve complex order issues.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite at the Kennewick Office in Washington, USA.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and DOMO.
