What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for North American customers regarding purchase orders and delivery status.
- Proactively identify and resolve order delivery issues in collaboration with internal Supply Chain teams.
- Coordinate with Planning, Deployment, and Logistics to identify alternate delivery options and triage short-term needs.
- Execute inventory allocation systems to ensure priority service levels for key customers.
- Utilize Domo reports to communicate order status clearly and concisely to customers.
- Support continuous improvement projects and SAMBC initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Supply Chain preferred.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, and Customer Service roles.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills for managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Critical thinking and time management abilities to resolve complex order issues.
- Must be based in or be able to work onsite at the Kennewick Office in Washington, USA.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and DOMO.
