Location: Onsite in Salem, OR. Must have current authorization to work in the United States.
Salary: $112,000–$145,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics for all products, materials, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, specifically for hazardous materials like lithium-ion batteries.
- Optimize shipment modes and carrier selection to balance cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate receiving data in the ERP system and serve as a subject matter expert for shipping processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Engineering to support major projects and trade shows.
- Lead the exploration and quoting process for carrier and 3PL suppliers to support current and future operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing within high-tech or industrial manufacturing.
- 2–3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Must have current authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong knowledge of logistics master data within an ERP system.
- Certified in Class 9 Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods or relevant Hazmat/DG standards.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate supply chain data into strategic insights.
Nice to have
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain.
- Experience with international Carnet shipments.
