Salary: $112,000–$145,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics for all products, materials, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, specifically for hazardous materials like lithium-ion batteries.
• Optimize shipment modes and carrier selection to balance cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate receiving data in the ERP system and serve as a subject matter expert for shipping processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Engineering to support major projects and trade shows.
• Lead the exploration and quoting process for carrier and 3PL suppliers to support current and future operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing within high-tech or industrial manufacturing.
• 2–3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of logistics master data within an ERP system.
• Certified in Class 9 Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods or relevant Hazmat/DG standards.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate supply chain data into strategic insights.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain.
• Experience with international Carnet shipments.
