Salary: $200,000 – $225,000

What you will do

  • Manage, develop, and coach a team of 7 Executive Business Partners through regular 1:1s and performance management.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to evolve the CEO's operational rhythm, including calendar prioritization and planning systems.
  • Lead sensitive communications on behalf of the CEO for leadership audiences and the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee executive-level meeting materials, briefings, and key deliverables to ensure operational readiness.
  • Shape team standards and accountability frameworks to elevate the EBP function across the organization.
  • Coordinate complex travel and manage budgets, contracts, and special projects for the CEO's office.

Requirements

  • Must be based in San Francisco and able to work on-site.
  • Substantial experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally a CEO, in a high-growth technology company.
  • Proven people management experience leading and developing a team of operational professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and evolve operational systems for prioritization and planning.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to influence without authority and model calm in high-stakes situations.
