What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Executive Assistants supporting the C-suite.
- Act as strategic right hand to the CFO, managing calendar and prioritization as a trusted proxy.
- Establish operational benchmarks and standardized workflows for the executive support function.
- Drive the adoption of generative AI tools and automated workflows to increase operational velocity.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to align administrative capacity with strategic business goals.
- Oversee critical cross-functional deliverables and implement professional development frameworks for the team.
Requirements
- Experience managing or leading a team of executive assistants or administrative professionals.
- Deep background providing high-level support to C-suite and senior leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven or automated solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with ability to handle ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing across all organizational levels.
- Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work schedule.
