What you will do
- Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and workplace experience at the New York headquarters.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budget forecasting for the assigned portfolio.
- Drive cross-departmental projects including office renovations, space planning, and workplace refreshes.
- Coordinate incident response, emergency management, and health & safety protocols.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and ESG goals to enhance workspace functionality and wellness.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of direct experience in workplace or facilities management.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven team leadership experience.
- Strong track record in tactical decision-making and process improvement in complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of vendor contracts, H&S compliance, and workplace management practices.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in creative, technical, or high-growth work environments.
- Experience with CAFM or IWMS workplace systems.
