What you will do

• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and workplace experience at the New York headquarters.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budget forecasting for the assigned portfolio.
• Drive cross-departmental projects including office renovations, space planning, and workplace refreshes.
• Coordinate incident response, emergency management, and health & safety protocols.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and ESG goals to enhance workspace functionality and wellness.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of direct experience in workplace or facilities management.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven team leadership experience.
• Strong track record in tactical decision-making and process improvement in complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of vendor contracts, H&S compliance, and workplace management practices.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City.

• Experience with CAFM or IWMS workplace systems.
