What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of field sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to maximize growth within the Federal Government and Defence sectors.
  • Conduct deep-dive pipeline reviews and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Participate in and lead high-stakes prospect meetings to support team closure.
  • Drive a high-performance sales culture through effective coaching, recruiting, and training.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in SaaS-based architectures within the networking or security industry.
  • Proven track record of success in Federal Government and/or Defence sales.
  • Experience with channel and partner sales models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Must have existing work authorization for Australia; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Strong execution focus with an entrepreneurial mindset.
