What you will do
- Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc sales reporting for leadership forums.
- Analyze sales performance, productivity, and cost of sale.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data clearly.
- Establish and manage the sales ‘rhythm of business’ cadence.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on planning and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales operations frameworks, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Advanced knowledge of sales performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting methodologies.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Location: Must be based in Perth, Australia (Office based role)
