What you will do
- Identify and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including demos, POCs, negotiations, and contract processing.
- Articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales performance metrics within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure a seamless post-sale handover.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud technology sales.
- Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
- Proven track record of top-tier performance in competitive, high-velocity environments.
- Fluency in Salesforce and consultative sales methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global, remote team.
- Technical background or experience selling technical products is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with open-source technology.
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies.
