Location: Remote, must be based in the Netherlands or Sweden

What you will do

  • Manage the full new logo acquisition cycle for high-growth target accounts in the Nordics market.
  • Build and maintain pipeline coverage through high-quality prospecting via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Run discovery meetings to align hirify.global's value proposition with executive-level priorities.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles engaging C-level executives and IT leaders.
  • Develop strategic territory plans, including account segmentation and tailored engagement strategies.
  • Partner with Solutions Architecture and Customer Success to orchestrate technical evaluations and proofs of concept.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales focused on net-new logo acquisition.
  • Language skills in Swedish or Danish.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands or Sweden.
  • Proven success in building territories from scratch and generating pipeline in greenfield accounts.
  • Familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based business models.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and a modern sales tech stack (Clari, Outreach, Gong, etc.).
