Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, USA (Hybrid role).
Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year.

What you will do
- Own and exceed an annual ARR quota through new logo acquisition, renewals, and account expansion.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, coordinating with pre-sales, legal, and professional services teams.
- Develop and execute territory plans for regulated industries including Energy, Healthcare, and Telecoms.
- Act as a player-coach, providing daily leadership to a US-based team and preparing for first-line management.
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with C-suite stakeholders and technical buyers.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce and RevOps tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling complex B2B enterprise software in the North American market.
- Proven track record of quota completion with deal sizes of $200K–$1M+ ARR.
- Experience in observability, IT infrastructure monitoring, AIOps, or related enterprise software.
- Proficiency in managing long, complex sales cycles and navigating procurement processes.
- Strong understanding of MEDDPICC methodology and rigorous pipeline management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries like Energy, Utilities, Healthcare, or Telecoms.
- Familiarity with IT resilience frameworks such as NIS2 or DORA.
- Experience selling through Managed Service Providers or Channel Partners.
