Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Developing new Enterprise clients for hirify.global’s AI-enabled Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions with an accent on complex, high-value sales cycles and strategic account planning. Focus on leading value-based discovery, managing multi-phase sales cycles using MEDDPICC, and articulating the business value of AI for enterprise efficiency.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, East region)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close for new Enterprise customers.
  • Execute comprehensive win strategies and close plans aligned with MEDDPICC criteria.
  • Lead value-based discovery conversations with executive, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Position AI capabilities as critical tools for risk exposure reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage a complex pipeline and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and Professional Services to deliver demonstrations and implementation strategies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of software sales or consulting experience in SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing full enterprise cloud software sales cycles.
  • Mastery of value selling techniques, specifically MEDDICC or MEDDPICC.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent industry sales experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CLM, Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), GRC, Procure to Pay, or Revenue Operations SaaS solutions.
