Senior AI Product Manager (Amazon Global Selling)

What you will do

• Define the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap across seller segments and lifecycle stages.
• Identify opportunities for GenAI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation across marketing, CRM, seller acquisition, and seller growth.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity sizing and technical development through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define product requirements covering model objectives, data specifications, evaluation metrics, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Lead collaboration with engineering, applied science, design, data, business operations, and international stakeholders.
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, product releases, stakeholder communication, change management, and measurable post-launch impact.

Requirements

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering product features and managing trade-offs.
• Experience as a product manager or product owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in an equivalent field.
• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
