Location: Hong Kong; work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the nature of the business team.

What you will do
- Support company-level AI initiatives from industry research and product definition through prototyping, user testing, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Research DeFi and stablecoin markets, competitors, and on-chain data to produce decision-ready memos.
- Contribute to product design, write PRDs, and follow projects through development and launch.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams by aligning goals, timelines, and risks.
- Prepare internal and external materials, bilingual writing and translation, and industry and data insights.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to increase daily productivity.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; senior undergraduates and graduate students are preferred.
- Full professional bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, including independent writing of memos, emails, and meeting notes.
- Interest in and basic understanding of cryptocurrency products, with hands-on trading or on-chain experience preferred.
- Hands-on AI exploration demonstrated through personal projects, demos, writing, or GitHub work.
- Structured, self-directed problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams.
Nice to have
- Entrepreneurial experience, student organization leadership, or large-scale event coordination.
- Internship experience at technology companies, financial institutions, or Web3 projects.
- Public research or writing, such as industry reports, in-depth articles, or newsletters.
- Independent perspective on DeFi or major crypto products.
