Product Manager, eCommerce Solutions (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own compliance and mandate delivery by tracking card scheme and regulatory changes, translating requirements into product features, and managing implementation timelines.
• Design compliance solutions for SMBs across the payment platform and partner integrations while minimizing merchant effort and disruption.
• Improve payment performance and conversion by increasing approval rates, reducing false declines and authentication abandonment, and managing fraud and chargeback ratios.
• Analyze payment data and optimize authorization outcomes through exemption strategies, token management, credential updates, retry logic, and issuer performance improvements.
• Act as the payments and compliance subject matter expert, educating stakeholders, advocating for SMB merchants, collaborating with global platform teams, and evaluating emerging payment models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payments product management or delivery experience in card-not-present payment environments.
• Deep understanding of card scheme mandates, regulatory requirements, and the ability to assess the impact of scheme bulletins on platforms and merchant portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with payment gateways, hosted and embedded checkouts, EMV 3DS, tokenization, fraud prevention tools, and alternative payment methods.
• Experience delivering compliance and regulatory initiatives to fixed deadlines, including authentication, tokenization, fraud monitoring, and PCI DSS compliance.
• Strong technical and operational capabilities, including SMB and partner-led distribution, stakeholder management, REST APIs, basic SQL, and agile delivery.
