Product Lead, Growth Platform (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. Applicants must have a current right to work in Hong Kong and must not require visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the growth platform, including campaign, task, incentive, loyalty, segmentation, targeting, configuration, and analytics capabilities.
• Set standards for reusable, configurable, self-serve growth infrastructure and balance platform investments against business-line needs.
• Lead the design and delivery of consumer growth products and business-facing operational tooling, including rules, budgets, risk controls, reporting, and experimentation infrastructure.
• Partner with SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, and paid-channel owners to develop platform capabilities that improve acquisition and funnel performance across markets.
• Own stakeholder intake, prioritization, governance, and platform trade-offs across business, regional, risk, compliance, and senior leadership groups.
• Manage, coach, and develop product managers while raising standards for product framing, data literacy, specifications, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing product managers and owning a multi-quarter roadmap.
• Experience designing and shipping shared growth infrastructure such as campaign engines, task or mission systems, incentive platforms, loyalty programs, or comparable products serving multiple business lines.
• Proven ability to consolidate fragmented growth tools into reusable, configurable, self-serve platforms and measure the resulting efficiency gains.
• Strong stakeholder management, data and analytics fluency, prioritization skills, and experience delivering at scale across complex dependencies.
• Ability to rapidly learn new domains, including crypto, regional markets, and acquisition channels.
• Current right to work in Hong Kong is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or regulated consumer products with risk and compliance constraints.
• Hands-on SEO or ASO strategy experience, including keyword and app store listing optimization.
• Experience building business-facing operational platforms or internal tooling at scale.
• Experience applying AI or LLM tools to growth operations, analytics, or product management workflows.
