Onboarding Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the onboarding and activation product strategy and roadmap across Asian markets.
• Lead customer discovery using data, research, and customer insights to identify opportunities and reduce journey friction.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Revenue, Operations, and Customer teams to define requirements and manage backlogs.
• Deliver scalable solutions through Agile frameworks and lead complex cross-market initiatives.
• Measure and optimize activation, onboarding efficiency, customer experience, commercial performance, and experimentation outcomes.

Requirements

• Product management experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• End-to-end product lifecycle ownership from strategy and discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights.
• Experience with Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, merchant onboarding, or eCommerce.
• Experience working across Asia-Pacific markets.
• Exposure to onboarding, activation, risk, compliance, or customer lifecycle products.
• Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments.
