Product Manager / Director, Trading Products (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. Applicants must have a current right to work in Hong Kong and must not require visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own brokerage core products covering order management, execution, routing, instrument lifecycle, trading status, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Shape account, custody, clearing, and operating-model architecture.
• Own corporate actions and asset servicing across conventional and on-chain securities.
• Define how securities risk and margin frameworks operate alongside a 24/7 digital asset market.
• Incorporate market structure, execution quality, and regulatory requirements into product decisions.
• Write rigorous PRDs and lead delivery across engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and treasury.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in post-trade or brokerage systems.
• Strong understanding of brokerage architecture across order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing, and ledger layers.
• Depth in order types, state machines, idempotency, cancel/replace flows, partial fills, timeouts, and exception recovery.
• End-to-end ownership of at least one area such as clearing and settlement, corporate actions, margin and risk, securities lending, or reconciliation.
• Strong technical intuition, precise writing, high agency, and experience driving products from requirements through post-launch review.
• Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.

Nice to have

• Experience with margin financing, securities lending, tokenized securities, digital asset custody, or on-chain settlement.
• Experience integrating broker-dealer or clearing APIs.
• Exposure to SEC/FINRA, MiFID II, or comparable regulatory frameworks.
• Experience launching a brokerage product in a new market from zero.
• English fluency for communication with global product and business stakeholders.
