What you will do

  • Prepare working materials for the BD Director, including presentations, briefing notes, and meeting minutes.
  • Track BD initiatives, deadlines, and internal follow-ups using dashboards.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor moves, and technological developments.
  • Analyze commercial data to provide actionable insights for target markets and key accounts.
  • Support the development of segment and channel playbooks for direct sales, OEMs, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to build product knowledge and prepare compelling client proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technical, or commercial fields.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial support, ideally in an industrial environment.
  • Fluent English is essential for this role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data synthesis.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for domestic and international business needs.
