What you will do
- Prepare working materials for the BD Director, including presentations, briefing notes, and meeting minutes.
- Track BD initiatives, deadlines, and internal follow-ups using dashboards.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor moves, and technological developments.
- Analyze commercial data to provide actionable insights for target markets and key accounts.
- Support the development of segment and channel playbooks for direct sales, OEMs, and distributors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build product knowledge and prepare compelling client proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technical, or commercial fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial support, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Fluent English is essential for this role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data synthesis.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel occasionally for domestic and international business needs.
