What you will do

• Lead and deliver a proactive business development strategy focused on market growth and winning new opportunities.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of key accounts to strengthen relationships and increase value.
• Identify, engage, and convert opportunities with contractors, subcontractors, and architectural practices.
• Define and implement commercial and go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage, coach, and develop a small sales team to achieve high performance.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver competitive solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development and sales leadership within the off-site construction industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SFS, LGSF, MMC, or related construction systems.
• Demonstrated success in growing revenue and delivering against ambitious commercial targets.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Established industry network with the ability to engage clients immediately.
• Must be based in the UK to support regular travel requirements.
