What you will do
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting and cold outreach
- Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
- Identify and engage key decision-makers to qualify interest and uncover business needs
- Book qualified meetings and progress opportunities to senior sales staff
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and alignment on opportunities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills – confident, clear, and engaging
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Resilient, coachable, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Competitive mindset with a proactive, self-starting attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Location: Must be based in Bristol for full-time office work
Nice to have
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Evidence of achievement (sports, societies, part-time work, etc.)
- Interest in technology or SaaS
