What you will do

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting and cold outreach
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers to qualify interest and uncover business needs
  • Book qualified meetings and progress opportunities to senior sales staff
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and alignment on opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills – confident, clear, and engaging
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Resilient, coachable, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Competitive mindset with a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Location: Must be based in Bristol for full-time office work

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
  • Evidence of achievement (sports, societies, part-time work, etc.)
  • Interest in technology or SaaS
