TL;DR
VP, Revenue Operations (SaaS): Leading and scaling the operational backbone of the go-to-market engine with an accent on systems, processes, and data infrastructure. Focus on driving forecast accuracy, pipeline efficiency, and deal velocity while managing global Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Deal Desk teams.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday in-office).
Compensation: $340,000 – $410,000 + Equity.

What you will do
- Lead global Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Deal Desk teams to scale the GTM engine.
- Own systems, processes, and data infrastructure to drive forecast accuracy and deal velocity.
- Partner with CRO, CMO, and COO to build a world-class RevOps function.
- Drive RevOps strategy for systems consolidation, tooling, and AI/automation adoption.
- Manage the operating cadence including QBRs, pipeline reviews, and annual planning.
- Collaborate with Finance on headcount planning, compensation design, and modeling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy.
- 6+ years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of scaling RevOps at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks.
- Strong financial acumen for planning, modeling, and board-level reporting.
- Experience managing global teams across time zones.

- Experience in a company that has undergone a GTM model transformation (e.g., PLG to sales-led).
