What you will do

  • Own pipeline generation through strategic outbound efforts.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing new opportunities across various industries.
  • Lead the discovery process to deeply understand and solve customer problems.
  • Evangelize the hirify.global platform and close large Mid-Market deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
  • Maintain full pipeline visibility and provide accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota at the Enterprise level.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience closing new logos or expanding existing Enterprise customers.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pace startup environments requiring grit and resilience.
  • Strong command of sales fundamentals.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to execution and decision making.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to sales leaders (VP Sales, CRO, RevOps) at a fast-paced SaaS company.
