What you will do
- Lead product marketing strategy for the ACT portfolio, including positioning, messaging, portfolio planning, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches in ANZ, partnering with regional and global teams and supporting TGA readiness.
- Own pricing strategy across the ACT portfolio, including list price recommendations, value-based pricing models, and commercial tools.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Commercial Operations, and global stakeholders to deliver product launches and commercial outcomes.
- Manage key supplier relationships and oversee inventory planning, collaborating with Operations and Logistics to resolve supply issues.
- Manage portfolio marketing budget, evaluate campaign performance, and support tenders and strategic customer opportunities.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in product marketing or commercial marketing in medical devices or MedTech.
- Strong clinical knowledge of Acute Care Therapies, with the ability to engage healthcare professionals and translate clinical needs into commercial strategy.
- Proven experience developing pricing strategies and value-based pricing models with demonstrated commercial performance impact.
- Experience managing product launches; exposure to tenders, supply chain, or inventory management is preferred.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Finance, Science, or a related discipline.
