Location: Must be based in Norwest, Sydney, Australia (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing and business plans aligned with long-term commercial milestones.
  • Analyze customer behavior and hospital buying centers to build tailored value propositions for the ANZ market.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of promotional activities and manage multi-channel campaigns with data-driven performance tracking.
  • Manage financial mechanisms including product forecasting, demand planning, and expense budget management.
  • Build influential relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and cross-functional teams to amplify product positioning.
  • Collaborate with global marketing forums to integrate international brand strategies with local market nuances.

Requirements

  • Must have full working rights in Australia/NZ.
  • Several years of product management and sales experience within a regulated medical device or clinical environment.
  • Strong foundational understanding of the surgical environment (OR/ED/Cath Lab), tissue closure modalities, or wound management.
  • Proven track record of translating market research and industry trends into actionable growth strategies.
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s Licence and be able to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related commercial discipline.
