Salary: $133,600 - $200,400

What you will do

• Lead global commercialization strategy, positioning, and go-to-market models for remote monitoring and analytics solutions.
• Design and refine innovative business models, including SaaS and platform-based outcomes, to accelerate adoption.
• Own launch planning and execution for Vital Sync™, ensuring global readiness and commercial success across markets.
• Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using persona-based marketing for clinicians, administrators, and IT stakeholders.
• Partner with regional teams to localize and execute global strategies based on regional market dynamics.
• Collaborate with upstream marketing to influence the product roadmap and platform evolution based on deep customer insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant marketing/product management experience (or 5 years with an advanced degree).
• Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or medical devices marketing.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire.

• Experience with remote monitoring, analytics, or SaaS/platform-based healthcare solutions.
• Proven success in global downstream marketing and commercialization strategy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
