Location: Must be based in Lafayette, CO (On-site at least 4 days a week)

Salary: $174,300–$200,400 per year

What you will do

• Formulate and execute short- and long-term commercialization strategies for enabling technology products.
• Create value propositions, product demonstrations, and marketing campaign materials.
• Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and primary market research.
• Provide clinical support and drive product awareness among surgeons.
• Manage product pricing, sales forecasting, and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams on development projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a product specialist/manager or sales rep in the spinal medical device market.
• Must be able to work on-site in Lafayette, CO at least 4 days a week.
• Proven experience in downstream marketing, sales training, and scenario planning.
• Ability to gather and utilize Voice of Customer (VOC) input for product development.
• Ability to travel 25%-50% domestically and internationally.
