What you will do

  • Conduct outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding business needs and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery calls for the sales team using Calendly and Google Calendar.
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences to keep prospects engaged throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs within HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Handle objections professionally to convert outreach into booked meetings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and available during U.S. business hours.
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, SDR, or BDR roles.
  • Strong proficiency in outbound lead generation and follow-up strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently with a reliable remote work setup.

  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, or professional services.
  • Background in agency or marketing-services outreach.
  • Experience with high-value or consultative sales processes.
