What you will do
- Conduct outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects by understanding business needs and navigating gatekeepers.
- Schedule high-quality discovery calls for the sales team using Calendly and Google Calendar.
- Execute structured follow-up sequences to keep prospects engaged throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs within HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Handle objections professionally to convert outreach into booked meetings.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and available during U.S. business hours.
- Proven experience in appointment setting, SDR, or BDR roles.
- Strong proficiency in outbound lead generation and follow-up strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently with a reliable remote work setup.
