What you will do
- Execute outbound sales strategies across multiple channels with a strong emphasis on cold-calling.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial prospecting to final deal closing.
- Identify key market verticals and diversify the prospect base to maintain consistent activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding and activation experience for new clients.
- Communicate the value proposition of Revolut Business through solution-based selling techniques.
- Maintain expertise in market positioning and product offerings to effectively engage decision-makers.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills, particularly over the phone.
- Strong literacy skills for email and LinkedIn outreach.
- Proven determination and accountability in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
- Must be based in Mexico.
