What you will do

  • Conduct sales prospecting and lead generation on a global scale.
  • Perform cold outreach to prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Research industries and companies to identify high-potential targets and decision-makers.
  • Craft value propositions and push conversations toward product demo calls.
  • Support Business Development Managers with re-engagement strategies.
  • Manage and update all sales activities and account information in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation or cold sales within B2B SaaS, fintech, or RegTech.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and target identification.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to digest technical information and product specifications.
  • Consistent track record of achieving monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesloft or similar sales engagement platforms.
