TL;DR

What you will do

  • Research target accounts and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Conduct 60–100 daily touchpoints, including 30–40 cold calls.
  • Personalize outreach messaging based on industry trends and prospect pain points.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline stages in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure high-quality lead handoffs.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound lead generation roles.
  • Prior professional experience in the HVAC industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC contractors, distributors, and service markets.
  • Proficiency with outbound tools like Apollo, Outreach.io, or SalesLoft.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work during U.S. client business hours.
