What you will do
- Research target accounts and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Conduct 60–100 daily touchpoints, including 30–40 cold calls.
- Personalize outreach messaging based on industry trends and prospect pain points.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline stages in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure high-quality lead handoffs.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound lead generation roles.
- Prior professional experience in the HVAC industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of HVAC contractors, distributors, and service markets.
- Proficiency with outbound tools like Apollo, Outreach.io, or SalesLoft.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. client business hours.
