TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Conducting high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification for various sales campaigns with an accent on pipeline growth and lead conversion. Focus on managing outreach cadences, conducting discovery conversations, and optimizing CRM data accuracy.

Location: Remote (Open to LATAM & Global Candidates). Must be available to work during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging.
  • Qualify prospects based on campaign criteria and conduct discovery conversations to assess fit.
  • Follow up with inbound leads and advance qualified prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, call notes, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Coordinate handoffs of qualified leads to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
  • Meet and exceed daily activity volume, qualification, and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and persuasively.
  • Comfort with making high-volume outbound cold calls.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience as an SDR or BDR.
  • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or recruiting.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems or applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.
  • Experience in commission-based or performance-driven environments.
