What you will do
- Drive new business through a combination of outbound activity and leads from SDR and marketing teams.
- Target high-value companies and position the benefits of the platform using a consultative approach.
- Conduct product demos and close accounts at high velocity.
- Track and report sales progress using the company's CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine target account profiles.
- Provide feedback to optimize the sales process and implement necessary sales tech tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales roles.
- Excellent English proficiency is a must.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and surpassing KPIs.
- Experience with consultative selling and managing complex deals.
- Experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Must be based in the specified LATAM countries or US states.
Nice to have
- Experience selling HR or FinTech software.
- Previous experience with Employer of Record (EOR) services.
