Location: Remote (Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, or specific US states: GA, TN, PA, FL, NC, SC, NJ)

What you will do

  • Drive new business through a combination of outbound activity and leads from SDR and marketing teams.
  • Target high-value companies and position the benefits of the platform using a consultative approach.
  • Conduct product demos and close accounts at high velocity.
  • Track and report sales progress using the company's CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine target account profiles.
  • Provide feedback to optimize the sales process and implement necessary sales tech tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales roles.
  • Excellent English proficiency is a must.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and surpassing KPIs.
  • Experience with consultative selling and managing complex deals.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Must be based in the specified LATAM countries or US states.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling HR or FinTech software.
  • Previous experience with Employer of Record (EOR) services.
