HR Business Partner Associate Director (Corporate): Serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership to develop and deliver integrated HR services with an accent on organizational design, talent management, and change leadership. Focus on building leader capability, driving cultural initiatives, and aligning people strategies with business growth objectives.

Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid: 8 days a month in office in Riverwoods, IL; Kennesaw, GA; New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; or Waltham, MA).

Salary: $133,400–$238,400 USD.

What you will do

  • Design and execute strategies to increase organizational performance and support business growth.
  • Facilitate leadership development and organizational effectiveness efforts in partnership with executive management.
  • Provide strategic HR leadership to create innovative people programs and assess emerging cultural trends.
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners to oversee succession planning, diversity initiatives, and performance management.
  • Champion change management initiatives and provide consultation to senior leadership teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to influence business priorities and coach managers across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Management required (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources, organization development, or talent planning.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid capacity (8 days/month onsite).
  • Proven experience in executive coaching, change management, and strategic culture initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a large, matrixed global organization.
  • Strong curiosity for emerging technologies and passion for AI and its impact on the future of work.
