What you will do

• Perform glass takeoffs and review project drawings or measurement data.
• Accurately input and manage project details within the company’s system.
• Assign and price projects to vendors based on material, quantity, and project specifics.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and confirm order details.
• Support the purchasing process by preparing and tracking purchase orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in takeoffs, purchasing, or estimating, preferably in glass or construction.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and pricing.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for documentation and calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural or technical drawings.
• Reliable and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
