What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement for custom apparel, including PO creation and delivery tracking.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and quality specifications with garment manufacturers.
• Serve as the primary liaison for printers to resolve production delays and issues.
• Maintain procurement documentation and trackers using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Propose and implement workflow improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in China (working hours 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM CST).
• 1.5+ years of experience in sourcing, buying, or vendor management.
• 1.5+ years of experience in order processing and operational workflows.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturers in fast-paced environments.
