What you will do

• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize procurement outcomes.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive procurement files and documentation.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to streamline supply chain workflows.
• Utilize Navision MRP to track and manage purchasing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
• Proficiency in Navision MRP (purchasing module).
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain.
