What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the competitive bidding process, including RFP/RFI creation and supplier pre-qualification.
• Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and business agreements in collaboration with legal.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Conduct category assessments, including spend analysis and demand forecasting.
• Provide strategic support to Sourcing Managers to ensure annual financial goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or data science.
• At least 3 years of sourcing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of procurement practices, contract construction, and bid analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in a large, geographically dispersed organization.
