What you will do
- Plan, build, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across 10–15 client accounts.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to align with client KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and perform data-driven optimizations on bids, budgets, and creatives.
- Analyze campaign data to improve CPL, ROAS, and overall lead quality.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand objectives and communicate campaign progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Must be comfortable working remotely during EST hours.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising.
- Experience with other platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
