What you will do

  • Plan, build, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across 10–15 client accounts.
  • Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to align with client KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and perform data-driven optimizations on bids, budgets, and creatives.
  • Analyze campaign data to improve CPL, ROAS, and overall lead quality.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand objectives and communicate campaign progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Must be comfortable working remotely during EST hours.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Experience with other platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
