What you will do

• Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads (LSAs).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Perform creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
• Implement proprietary campaign setups and systems unique to the client.
• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency in the U.S. is required.
• Must be based in Lima, Peru.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week in Mountain Time (MT).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for client video calls.
