What you will do

  • Take day-to-day ownership of Paid Social campaign management across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Execute campaign setup, audience targeting, and bid management within regulated environments.
  • Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality and accurate output.
  • Develop client-facing performance reports and contribute to status calls.
  • Manage budgets and uphold rigorous QA and naming convention standards.
  • Collaborate with other channel specialists for integrated multi-channel delivery.

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with Meta and LinkedIn (YouTube and X are a plus).
  • Proven track record in campaign setup, audience segmentation, and optimization.
  • Ability to operate within a compliance-sensitive, regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with tracking tools like GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, asset management, or FMCG.
  • Knowledge of Paid Search (Google Ads, SA360) or Programmatic (DV360).
  • Experience with multi-market EMEA campaigns.
