What you will do
- Take day-to-day ownership of Paid Social campaign management across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Execute campaign setup, audience targeting, and bid management within regulated environments.
- Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality and accurate output.
- Develop client-facing performance reports and contribute to status calls.
- Manage budgets and uphold rigorous QA and naming convention standards.
- Collaborate with other channel specialists for integrated multi-channel delivery.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Meta and LinkedIn (YouTube and X are a plus).
- Proven track record in campaign setup, audience segmentation, and optimization.
- Ability to operate within a compliance-sensitive, regulated environment.
- Proficiency with tracking tools like GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
- Must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or FMCG.
- Knowledge of Paid Search (Google Ads, SA360) or Programmatic (DV360).
- Experience with multi-market EMEA campaigns.
